What's not in it

What we left out, on purpose.

A label is only as honest as what's missing from it.

Collagen

No good evidence it does anything for hair. We use keratin instead, the protein hair is actually made of.

10,000 µg biotin

Only helps when you're low, and can skew lab tests. We use 150 µg.

Sugar & maltitol

Gummies need them to hold their shape. A powder doesn't.

Proprietary blends

Blends hide the doses. We print every single one.

Questions

Good to know

When will I notice something?

Hair grows about 1 cm a month, and the studies behind this formula measured at 3 and 6 months. Give it at least 90 days.

Why with breakfast, not with coffee?

Iron is absorbed best in the morning, and coffee and tea reduce how much you take in. Have your coffee an hour later.

Why no collagen?

There are no solid studies showing collagen helps hair. We used that space for ingredients that were studied for hair.

Why so little biotin?

Biotin only helps when you're low. High doses can interfere with lab tests such as thyroid panels. 150 µg covers your needs.

I'm on a GLP-1 medication. Can I take it?

Rootsense is a food supplement, not a medication. Check with your doctor first, especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Is it vegan?

Not yet. The keratin comes from sheep's wool and the omega-3 from fish oil, the forms used in the studies.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Pause, skip or cancel online, any time.

90-Day Protocol

Ninety mornings. One full hair cycle.
